While appreciating Kashmiris’ unprecedented sacrifices and their political resolve he said that it was astonishing to note that the political leadership on this side of line of control has failed to play its due role to highlight the plight of Kashmiris. He said that the political leadership has miserably failed to fulfill their responsibilities vis-à-vis the ongoing freedom struggle in Jammu and Kashmir.

The PML-N spokesperson said that his party would play its due role to strengthen Kashmiris’ legitimate movement both at national as well as international level.

He said that in view of the current mass uprising in the valley, state-wide strike should be observed in AJK to express complete solidarity with the struggling people of Kashmir. Expressing solidarity with the flood affected people of the region he said on one hand people have badly suffered as a result of the flash-floods while on the other hand the rulers were busy in the formation of government.
