اسلام آباد:کشمیری قائدین نے اقوام متحدہ (UN (کی جنرل اسمبلی میں پاکستانی وزیر اعظم میاں محمد نواز شریف کی تقریرکو سراہتے ہوئے کہا کہ کشمیر سمیت دیگر عالمی تنازعات کے فوری حل کے حوالے سے وزیر اعظم کا خطاب عالمی برادری کے ضمیر کو جھنجھوڑنے کے لئے کافی ہے۔متحدہ جہاد کونسل کے چیرمین سید صلاح الدین نے پاکستانی وزیراعظم کے حالیہ تقریر کوقابل تعریف قرارد یتے ہوئے کہا کہ حقائق کا برملا اظہار کرکے نواز شریف نے ان لوگوں کو آئینہ دکھایا جواس مسئلے کو پس پشت ڈال کر ،حریت پسند کشمیری عوام کی قربانیوں کو ضائع کرنے کی کوششوں میں لگے ہوئے تھے۔ترجمان کے مطابق سید صلاح الدین نے متحدہ جہاد کونسل کے سر براہی اجلاس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا نے کہا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر ،فلسطین اور ڈرون حملون پر نواز شریف نے دلائل کے ساتھ جو مشورے دئیے ان پر متعلقہ فریقوں کو غور کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ دنیا کا امن فلسطین اور کشمیر سے وابستہ ہے اور اگر ان مسئلوں کو لوگوں کی خواہشات کے مطابق حل کیا گیا تو دنیا امن کا گہوارہ بن جائیگا۔ سید صلاح الدین نے کہا کہ پاک بھارت مزاکرات میں کشمیر کو مرکزی حیثیت حاصل رہنی چاہئے ۔انکا کہنا تھا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر کی موجودگی میں تجارت اور ثقافت کا معاملہ ثانوی درجہ رکھتا ہے۔انہوں نے پاکستانی حکومت سے اپیل کی کہ وہ بھارت کو انتہائی پسندیدہ ملک کا درجہ دینے کا خیال ترک کردے کیونکہ ایک طرف بھارتی حکومت کشمیری عوام کاقتل عام جاری رکھے ہوئے ہے اور قابض فوجی دستے انسانی حقوق کی بدترین پامالیوں میں ملوث ہیں ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ ان حالات میں ایسے جارح ملک کو انتہائی پسندیدہ ملک قرار دینا کشمیری عوام کے زخموں پر نمک پاشی کے مترادف ہوگا۔سید صلاح الدین نے اس یقین کا اظہار کیا کہ متحدہ سیاسی جدوجہد ،تیر بہدف عسکری کاروائیاں اور منظم اور بھرپور سفارتی مہم با لاآخر بھارت کو نوشتہ دیوار پڑھنے پر مجبور کرے گی۔

پاکستان مسلم لیگ(ن) کشمیر شاخ کے سیکرٹری جنرل شاہ غلام قادر نے کہا ہے کہ وزیر اعظم پاکستان محمد نواز شریف نے اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی میں اپنے جراتمندانہ خطاب اور مسئلہ کشمیر کو اجاگر کرکے کشمیریوں کے دل جیت لیے ہیں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ محمد نواز شریف نے مسئلہ کشمیر، افغانستان اور مسئلہ فلسطین جیسے سلگتے ہوئے تنازعوں کے حل پر زور دیتے ہوئے دہشت گردی کے خلاف جنگ اورڈرؤن حملوں، ملکی سیاسی ، اقتصادی وسماجی صورتحال، علاقائی اور عالمی امور اور اقوام متحدہ میں پاکستان کے کردار کو پرزور انداز میں پیش کیا ہے جسے عالمی دنیا میں بھرپور پذیرائی ملی ہے۔ شاہ غلام قادرکا کہنا تھا کہ میاں نوازشریف نے اقوام متحدہ کی جنرل اسمبلی میں کشمیریوں کی امنگوں کی مطابق مسئلہ کشمیر کو اجاگر کرتے ہوئے حقیقی معنوں میں کشمیریوں کے سفیر کا کردار ادا کیا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ مسئلہ کشمیر کو حل کی بغیر جنوبی ایشیا میں امن ممکن نہیں لیکن ایک حقیقی لیڈر شپ ہی جانتی ہے کہ کون سے ایشوکو کس وقت کس پلیٹ فارم پیش کرنا ہے ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ کچھ عرصہ سے چندشکست خوردہ عناصر جان بوجھ کر مسئلہ کشمیر اور مسلم لیگی قیادت کے حوالے سے غلط فہمیاں پھیلا رہے تھے لیکن محمد نواز شریف نے پہلے اقوام متحدہ کے سیکرٹری جنرل کی موجودگی میں اقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کے مطابق مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل، پھر قوم سے خطاب کے دوران کشمیریوں کا بطور خاص ذکر اور اب جنرل اسمبلی میں مسئلہ کشمیر کو جس بھرپور انداز میں پیش کیا ہے اس پر پوری کشمیریوں کے انہیں خراج تحسین پیش کرتی ہے۔ 

کل جماعتی حریت کانفرنس(گ) پاکستان شاخ کے کنوینر غلام محمد صفی نے کہا کہ پاکستانی وزیراعظم کا خطاب جس میں انہوں نے عالمی برادری پر زوردیا کہ وہ کشمیریوں کی آوازکوسنیں،تنازعہ کشمیرسے آنکھیں چرانے کے بجائے اس دیرینہ مسئلے کو حل کرنے کی سعی کریں بجائے خود اقوام عالم بالخصوص بھارت کے لئے ایک مدلل اورمضبوط پیغام ہے۔انکا کہنا تھا کہ میاں نوازشریف نے عالمی فورم پر جو موقف اختیار کیا ہے اس سے یہ بات واضع ہوجاتی ہے کہ کشمیر بارے میں Bilateralismبری طرح ناکام ہوگیا ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ کشمیری وزیراعظم کی اس تقریرکا خیر مقدم کرتے ہیں لیکن وہ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ یہ توقع کرتے ہیں کہ وہ بھارتی وزیر اعظم کے ساتھ ہونے والی ملاقات میں اسی موقف کا اعادہ کریں گے۔

ڈیموکریٹک فریڈم پارٹی کے نائب صدر محمود احمد ساغر نے وزیر اعظم میاں نوازشریف کے خطاب کو زمینی حقائق کے عین مطابق قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ کشمیر بارے میں اقوام متحدہ کا تجویز کردہ روڈمیپ ہی وہ واحد حل ہے جس سے تنازع کشمیر کو پر امن طور پر کشمیری عوام کی خواہشات کے مطابق حل کیا جاسکتا ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اگر اس روڈمیپ پر مکمل طور پر عمل درآمد کیا جاتا تو آج اس خطے میں کسی قسم کا تنازع ہی نہ ہوتا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ وقت آچکا ہے کہ دونوں ملکوں کی قیادت کو مسئلہ کشمیرکی سنگینی کا ادراک کرتے ہوئے اقوام متحدہ کے تجویز کردہ حل پر عملدرآمد کرلینا چاہیے تاکہ پورے خطے میں عمل وسلامتی اور معاشی خوشحالی کو یقینی بنایا جاسکے۔انہوں نے کہااقوام متحدہ کی قراردادوں کی روشنی میں پاکستان اور بھارت کے درمیان سیز فائر کا معاہدہ عمل میں آیا لیکن یہ انتہائی افسوس کی بات ہے کہ 66سال گذرنے کے باوجود حق خودارادیت کے حوالے سے کشمیری عوام کے ساتھ کیے گئے وعدے پر آجتک عمل نہیں ہوسکا۔

Islamabad, Sep 28: Appreciating Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s address to the UN General Assembly, Kashmiri leaders here on Saturday said the PM’s speech was sufficient enough to awaken the world conscience vis-à-vis the early resolution of long pending Kashmir issue and other world disputes.
The Chairman of United Jihad Council Syed Salahuddin while addressing the a special session of the heads of the militant outfits said, “The speech of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the UN is highly commendable. He brought ground realities to the forefront and succeeded in showing mirror to those who are hell-bent on to let the Kashmiris’ sacrifices go waste thereby pushing Kashmir issue to the backburner”.
“Stakeholders must seriously contemplate over the suggestions put forth by Pak premier with regard to Kashmir, Palestine and drone attacks,” the UJC Chief said.
He said that the world peace was inescapably linked to the settlement of Kashmir and Palestine issues. “The entire world would become a center of peace provided these two age-old disputes are resolved in accordance with the wishes and aspirations of people”, he said.
Regarding Indo-Pak dialogue he said that Kashmir must retain its central position in the dialogue process. He made it clear that in the presence of Kashmir dispute the issues like trade and cultural exchanges on both sides were of secondary importance.
The UJC chairman also appealed the government of Pakistan to abandon its idea of granting MFN status to India.
While commenting on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s speech at the UN, the Secretary General of Pakistan Muslim League-N (Kashmir Chapter) Shah Ghulam Qadir said that Sharif in his address to the general assembly had reflected the sentiments of Kashmiris besides sending a clear message to the world community that the resolution of Kashmir was must for regional peace.
“Prime Minister had made it crystal clear that Kashmir issue and the sufferings of Kashmiri people can’t be ignored”, he said adding the stance adopted by the PM was also in line with the Pakistan’s national policy on Kashmir. Shah said that it was high time that the world community should realize the importance as well as the vulnerability of Kashmir dispute.
The convener of All Parties Hurriyat Conference-G Pak chapter Ghulam Muhammad Safi said, “UN should resolve the long-pending dispute according to the wishes and the aspirations of Kashmiris and not to put it under the carpet any more.”
He was of the view that the stance adopted by Pak PM also demonstrates the fact that bilateralism on Kashmir has totally failed. Terming the speech as highly commendable, Mehmood Ahmed Saghar the vice president of Democratic Freedom Party said that it was a true reflection of ground realties. He said that that the implementation of the UN resolutions was the best road-map to settle Kashmir dispute peacefully. He said that the UN proposed roadmap was the most feasible, viable and workable solution to Kashmir dispute. “Had this roadmap been implemented thoroughly there would have been no dispute in the region today?”, Saghar said adding that there was a dire need that both the countries should implement the resolutions in letter and spirit.”

Islamabad, Sep 17: The adviser to Pak premier on National Security and Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz on Tuesday said that Kashmir was a major issue between India and Pakistan that needs to be resolved peacefully thereby taking aspirations of Kashmiris people into consideration.

Aziz made these remarks while talking to a group of Kashmiri and Indian journalists after attending the Pugwash moot on Kashmir at Serena Hotel in Islamabad. He said, “To say that Kashmir is not an issue or not a valid thing then why there are so many troops on both sides of the line of control”. “The point is that there is an issue and there is so much happening within Kashmir as well and therefore you can not say that Kashmir is no longer an issue”, he maintained. Aziz said that India has been saying that after Simla every thing is bilateral but you see the present status of bilateral dialogue, one incident and the dialogue goes up and every body is afraid what is going to happen”.

 “So this is not a satisfactory state of affair over all and unless these issues are addressed once and for all, you know, pushing them under the carpet is not the answer”. While dealing the issue of Kashmir he said, “The starting point is it (Kashmir) remains an issue that is still on the UN agenda, secondly the wishes and aspirations of Kashmiri have to be taken into consideration.

Regarding the alternative options he said, “Whether it could be done through four point formula or some other formula but it is only possible if there is a serious dialogue on the issue”. He pointed out that in composite dialogue there is a group on Kashmir and security related issues but normally in the back channel as happened in the past is easier to explore the different options. He revealed that the back channel discussions were going on the subject since a long but such a serious debate could not be held in the glare of TV cameras.

When asked whether Kashmir continues to be a core issue, Aziz said, “Well it is a major issue and of course we call it a core issue and you can see the core issue in this sense that tension along the LoC and within Kashmir is still very much there”.

With regard to Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and his Indian counterparts possible meeting in New York he pointed out that they don’t expect any big breakthrough but “the least we can hope is the reduction in the tensions, commitment to observe the LOC CBM of ceasefire of 2003 and the resumption of technical discussion is a part of composite dialogue”.  “If these things happen then of course process will continue although at a lower level so that when the new government in India after the forthcoming elections can build on these technical discussions to make progress on different issues”, he added.

Regarding the investigation into the recent killings on LoC he said, “Yes we have done and our forces were not involved in it and if non-state actors are involved let us reveal them through joint investigation”. Aziz said this is what the Indian minister for defense said in his first statement but then under pressure he changed his stance.

He said that there were non-state actors operating in Kashmir, and this was not for the first time that they were wearing uniforms. Referring to recent attacks by non-state actors within the Pakistani territory he said, “You know DI Khan jail was broken by the people wearing uniform and attack on foreign tourists in Northern areas was in uniform so this not there pattern”. He was of the opinion that non-state actors could have been involved in this incident and there were chances that they could have been within the Kashmir as many groups were operating on that side of Kashmir as well.

He said that Pakistan offered a joint investigation into the killings but Indian government did not reciprocate. He said on 7^th August the DGMOs of both the countries spoke on their weekly circuit but at that time the incident was not even mentioned and then on the same day late in the evening they asked for another communication in which the Indian side raised the issue.

Replying to a query regarding the handing over of Hafiz Syed he said, “No I don’t think that demand has any serious legal basis but main thing was to try those people who were suspected being involved in the Mumbai attack”. He said that Indians did not allow Pakistani team to cross examine the witness and obviously that evidence could not be presented before the court. He said, “A joint commission is going to Indian on 23^rd  of this month we have appointed the prosecutor and the judge also and I believe that now it will take place at a faster pace”.

Rearding MFN, he said in principle it is ok but a committee in the composite dialogue is yet to meet and give final shape. However, he said that there were some reservations from business community of Pakistan vis a vis the tariff barriers on the Indian side.

Earlier speaking at the concluding session of Pugwash, the Pak premier’s top aide on foreign affairs said so for as the regional peace is concerned “the prime minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has a clear vision in this regard and we want that the same vision is shared by the Indian premier so as to move forward in positive manner”.

He said that since the new government of Pakistan took over the reins and a stage for a dialogue was set but recent incident on the LoC proved a huge setback. He observed that indo-pak ties were at a critical juncture where political maturity and sagacity on both sides was required to overcome the challenges so as to put the dialogue back on the track.

Regarding the strengthening of CBMs he said that people to people contacts, trade, economic co-operation could be helpful in forging better relationship understanding between the two sides.

Sartaj Aziz termed 2003 truce agreement as very important saying that both India and Pakistan can’t afford tension on the line of control. So for as the dispute of Kashmir is concerned he reiterated that Kashmir was central to Indo-Pak relations. He was of the view that a constructive engagement between the two countries was must to resolve all issues peacefully

اسلام آباد//پاکستانی زیر انتظام کشمیر کے وزیر اعظم چودھری عبدالمجیدنے اقوام عالم سے اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ حد متارکہ پر حالےہ کشیدگی اور بھارت کی جانب سے بلااشتعال فائرنگ اور گولہ باری کا نوٹس لیتے ہوئے خطے میں امن و سلامتی کو ےقینی بنانے کے لئے عملی اقدامات کرے۔وزیر اعظم سیکرٹریٹ سے جاری پریس بیان کے مطابق وزیر اعظم نے ےوم دفاع پاکستان کے موقع پر اپنے ایک پیغام میںبین الاقوامی برادری پر زور دیا ہے کہ وہ مسئلہ کشمیر کے حل ہونے تک کنٹرول لائن پر آباد شہریوں کی جان ومال کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنائے۔انکا کہنا تھا کہ اقوام متحدہ کوچاہیے کہ وہ اپنے ابزرورمشن کو مزید متحرک وفعال بنائے تاکہ کنٹرول لائن کے مضافات میں آباد شہری آبادی کو تحفظ مل سکے۔خطے میں درپیش امن و سلامتی کے مسائل کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے وزیراعظم نے کہاکہ عالمی برادری کو چاہیے کہ وہ جنوبی ایشیا میںمستقل امن کے قیام کے لیے بلاتاخیر اقدامات کرے۔انکا کہنا تھا کہ بھارت کے جارحانہ اقدامات کی وجہ سے کسی بھی لمحے برصغیر جنوبی ایشیا کے امن تہس نہس ہوسکتا ہے جس سے عالمی امن بھی متاثرہو ئے بغیر نہیں رہ سکتا۔کشمیری عوام کی جدوجہد کا حوالہ دیتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہاکہ بھارت کشمیر پر اپنا غیر قانونی تسلط زیادہ عرصہ تک برقرار نہیں رکھ سکتا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ آزادی کشمیریوں کا مقدر بن چکی ہے۔چودھری عبدالمجید نے کہاکہ کشمیر کے بغیر پاکستان نامکمل ہے تحریک آزادی کشمیر کے بیس کیمپ کی حکومت اور عوام تکمیل کے پاکستان کے لیے جنگ جاری رکھیں گے۔ےوم دفاع کے حوالے سے وزیر اعظم نے کہا کہ کشمیر پاکستان کا دفاعی حصار ہے اورکشمیر کا بچہ بچہ جذبہ آزادی سے سرشا رہے اور پاکستان کے لیے ہر قسم کی قربانی کا عزم رکھتا ہے۔

اسلام آباد//صدر پاکستان آصف علی زرداری نے کشمیری عوام کی حصول حق خودارادیت کی حمائت کااعادہ کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ پاکستان تنازع کشمیر کا پرامن حل چاہتا ہے۔صدر پاکستان نے ان خیالات کا اظہار یہاں ایوان صدر میں حد متارکہ کے دونوں جانب تعلق رکھنے والے کشمیری قائدین کے ایک نمائندہ وفد سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کیاجس میں حریت کانفرنس کے دونوں دھڑوں کے نمائندوں کے علاوہ پاکستانی زیر انتظام کشمیر کے وزر اعظم چوہدری مجید اورسینروزیر چوہدری یاسین بھی موجود تھے۔ذرائع نے کشمیر عظمی ٰ کو میٹنگ کی تفصیلات سے آگاہ کرتے ہوئے بتایا کہ صدر پاکستان نے کشمیری قائدین کو یقین دلایا کہ انکی پارٹی کسی صورت کشمیر پر سمجھوتا نہیں ہونے دیگی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ پیپلز پارٹی بنیادی طور پر مسئلہ کشمیر کیوجہ سے وجودمیں آئی ہے لہذا اس اہم مسئلے کو نظر انداز کرنے کا سوال ہی پیدا نہیں ہوتا۔دریں اثناء وزیر اعظم چوہدری نے کل کشمیر ہائوس اسلام آباد میں صدر پاکستان کے اعزاز میں استقبالیہ دیا۔استقبالیہ سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے صدر پاکستان آصف علی زرداری نے کہا کہ کشمیریوں کی بھرپور سپورٹ کرتے رہیں گے۔ کشمیریوں نے لاکھوں کی تعداد میں قربانیاں دی ہیں۔ ان کی قربانیاں رائیگاں نہیں جائیں گی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ قوموں کی آزادی کی تحریک میں 50 ،100 سال کوئی اہمیت نہیں رکھتے۔ کشمیریوں کو ان کا حق مل کر رہے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ کشمیریوں کے لیے میرا پیغام ہے کہ کشمیری اپنی منزل حاصل کر کے رہیں گے۔

Islamabad, Sep 6: Reiterating his party’s ‘all out support to Kashmir cause’, the outgoing president of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari Friday said the country is committed to a peaceful settlement of the Kashmir dispute in line with the aspirations of the people of Kashmir.
Zardari made these remarks while talking to a high-level delegation of Kashmiri leaders hailing from both sides of the Line of Control. Besides, leaders of both factions of All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Prime Minister of Pakistan administered Kashmir (PaK) Chaudhary Majeed and senior minister Chaudhary Yaseen were part of the delegation.
While assuring the visiting delegates of Pakistan’s continued support to Kashmiris’ struggle for right to self-determination, Zardari said the PPP leadership wouldn’t compromise on the inalienable right. “So far as Kashmir issue is concerned, Pakistan People’s Party will follow the policy of its founding father Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and will redouble its efforts to highlight the Kashmir cause at the international level,” sources quoted Zardari as saying.
According to sources, Zardari told the delegates that the PPP would very soon organize an international conference on Kashmir outside the country to sensitize international community about the pressing need for an early solution to the long-running dispute.
While lauding Kashmiris’ sacrifices, he said people of Kashmir have rendered unprecedented sacrifices to achieve their cherished goal. He however maintained that people of Kashmir should not lose courage and confidence as “India is gradually losing ground in Kashmir.”
Kashmiri leaders on the occasion expressed their gratitude to the outgoing President, government and the people of Pakistan for their continued support to Kashmiris’ just struggle for self-determination.
Meanwhile, PaK premier Choudhary Majeed hosted a reception in honour of Zardari at Kashmir House Islamabad.
He Zardari had made a new history by being the “first elected president of Pakistan to leave the presidency with honor, dignity and soothing influence after completing full constitutional term.”

Salahuddin expresses dismay,supports Geelani’s strike call

Islamabad, Sep 5: The Chairman of United Jihad Council Syed Salahuddin on Thursday expressed dismay over the decision of the German embassy to hold Zubin Mehta concert at Shalimar garden in Srinagar.
“Since 1947, over half a million people have been killed by forces in Kashmir and about ten thousand Kashmiris have been subjected to enforced disappearances”, the UJC chief said in statement.
He stated that these gross and large-scale violations of human rights in the troubled region continued unabated.
Regarding Germany’s role in hosting the concert in “disputed territory”, Syed Salahuddin said, “The country that claims to be the champion of human rights did not even bother to send a fact-finding mission to take stock of the human rights situation in Kashmir.”
 On the contrary, he said, that Germany did not find any ingloriousness in hosting a musical concert, which he said was meant to create an impression that the struggle in Kashmir had came to an end.
Terming it as a condemnable act on the part of Germany the UJC chairman maintained that the Germany’s role has been highly disappointing. Lending full support to strike call given by Hurriyat (G) chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani he said, “By observing strike on 7th September the valiant people of Kashmir would send a clear cut message to the world that Kashmir is not an integral part of India.”
Expressing serious concern over Zubin Mehta concert, the vice-president of Democratic Freedom Party Mehmood Saghar said that the event being hosted at the Shalimar Gardens in Srinagar is aimed at painting a rosy picture of Kashmir before the outside world.
Hailing Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society for organizing a parallel show Saghar said, “If German ambassador Michel Steiner is really a Kashmir lover then he along with his other associates must voluntarily visit the Haqeeqat-e-Kashmir concert being organized by civil society”. He said that Haqeeqat-e-Kashmir concert would certainly give the Steiner and his fellow visitors a real feeling of abysmal situation Kashmiris have been facing over the years.

مظفر آباد //متحدہ جہاد کونسل چیئرمین نے کہا ہے کہ 7 ستمبر 2013 ء کو سرینگر میں مجوزہ میوزیکل کنسرٹ ریاستی آزادی پسند عوام کے زخموں پر نمک پاشی کے مترادف ہے ، جرمن سفارت خانہ بھارتی بھیانک چہرے کو خوبصورت رنگ دے کر دنیا کی آنکھوں میں دھول جھونکنے کا اقدام کرکے آزادی پسند عوام کی نظروں میں نفرت کی علامت بن گیا۔ بیان کے مطابق سید صلاح الدین نے مجوزہ میوزیکل کنسرٹ کے بارے میں ردعمل کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ 47 سے لیکر آج تک پانچ لاکھ کشمیری بھارتی فورسز کے ہاتھوں قتل کئے جاچکے ہیں، دس ہزار سے زائد افراد لاپتہ کئے گئے ہیں، دسیوں ہزار خواتین کی بے حرمتی کی گئی ہے اور یہ عمل پوری شدت سے آج بھی جاری ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اپنے آپ کو انسانی حقوق کا علمبردار کہلانے والے جرمنی کے حکمرانوں کو کبھی بھی یہاں ایک کمیشن بھیجنے کی ضرورت محسوس نہ ہوئی، لیکن ستم زدہ کشمیریوں کے زخموں پر نمک چھڑکنے کیلئے موسیقی کا پروگرام ترتیب دینے میں اس سے کوئی قباحت محسوس نہیں ہوئی تاکہ دنیا کو یہ تاثر دیا جاسکے کہ کشمیر میں جاری تحریک آزادی ختم ہوچکی ہے۔سید صلاح الدین نے سید علی گیلانی کی طرف سے دی گئی کال کی حمایت کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے واضح کیا ہے کہ باغیرت کشمیری قوم 6 ستمبر کو احتجاج اور 7 ستمبر کو مکمل ہڑتال کرکے دنیا کو یہ پیغام دے گی کہ کشمیری قوم آزادی کی جدوجہد میں مصروف ہے اور ایسے ڈرامے کرکے بھارت زیادہ دیر تک نہ ہی دنیا کو دھوکہ دے سکتا ہے اور نہ ہی آزادی کی تحریک کو منطقی انجام تک جانے سے روک سکتا ہے۔دریں اثناء ڈیموکریٹک فریڈم پارٹی کے نائب صدر محمود احمد ساغر نے مجوزہ میوزیکل کنسرٹ پر خدشات کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ بھارت اس میوزیکل ایونٹ کی آڑ میں عالمی رائے عامہ کو گمراہ کرکے انہیں یہ باور کرانے کی ناکام کوشش کر رہا ہے کہ کشمیر میں حالات نارمل ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ انتہائی افسوسناک ہے کہ جرمن سفارتکار نے کشمیر کی سیاسی اور انسانی حقوق کی بگڑھتی ہوئی صورتحال کو نظر انداز کرتے ہوئے متنازعہ خطے میں میوزیکل شو کا انعقاد کیا ہے۔ساغر کا کہنا تھا کہ یہ ہمیشہ سے بھارت کی ریت رہی ہے کہ انہوں نے عالمی رائے عامہ کو گمراہ کرنے کی کوشش کی ہے۔
