PaK leaders to attend conference at Allahabad

Islamabad, Dec 10: The former speaker of PaK Legislative Assembly Shah Ghulam Qadir and other leaders from PaK and Gilgit Baltistan are all set to attend a two day joint convention of "Pakistan India Peoples Forum for Peace and Democracy" scheduled to be held from December 29 to 31, 2011, at Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh.  
 Talking to Greater Kashmir the PML-N central leader Shah Ghulam Qadir said that he had received formal invitation and would leave for India in last week of this month.
 He said that he would be accompanied by other leaders of his party including the sitting legislator Showkat Ali Shah.
  He said that he had not received the visa yet but his case was under process.  
 Asked about other invitees Shah said that many people including Justice Majeed Malik of Liberation League, Advocate Chaudary Munir Hussain and others have been invited in the two-day conference adding that people from Gilgit Baltistan have also been invited to the event.
 Giving details of the conference advocate Chaudary Munir Hussain, the regional coordinator of PIPFPD, said that besides the leaders from both sides of Line of Control the event is likely to be attended by hundreds of delegates from both the neighboring countries.
 Sources said more than 200 Pakistani delegates would be attending the Allahabad conference. Participants would share their expertise and observations regarding the prospects of peace and prosperity besides discussing other regional issues.
